Searchlight Psychology provides individual psychological therapy exclusively through secure telehealth and video consultation. This allows clients across Australia to access evidence-based psychological treatment from the comfort and privacy of their own environment.
Psychological assessments are offered through a combination of telehealth, video consultation and face-to-face appointments, depending on the specific assessment requirements. While some assessments can be completed remotely, others require in-person administration to ensure assessment validity and adherence to professional standards.
For assessments requiring face-to-face appointments, Searchlight Psychology provides outreach services throughout Far North Queensland. We regularly travel to regional and remote communities to deliver high-quality assessment services to children, adolescents and adults.
Our practice provides assessment and intervention services across a broad range of mental health, neurodevelopmental, cognitive, behavioural and functional presentations, with expertise in trauma, neurodiversity, emotional regulation and complex psychological difficulties.
